Description
The bronze historical stele created by sculptor Klaus Ringwald marks the completion of the city redevelopment carried out from 1974 to 1983, a project widely praised throughout the region. Its three sides depict key themes of Bad Säckingen’s history: the life of Saint Fridolin, the legend of the Trumpeter of Säckingen, and the town’s longstanding bathing tradition.
