The Altes E-Werk, built in 1900, was converted from the first power station into a multipurpose cultural workshop.

Description

The Altes E-Werk was built in 1900. By converting the first power station into a multipurpose cultural workshop, the Altes E-Werk has become an institution of cultural life in and around Goeppingen. With approximately 300 seats, it is also an ideal venue for cabaret, jazz, rock, and children´s events. In addition to renowned artists from the cabaret and cabaret scene, musicians from a wide variety of genres also perform here regularly.

In particular, the cultural association ODEON Kultur & Kontakt e. V. regularly organizes events in the fields of jazz, cabaret, cabaret, and theater.
