Description

The Nordic Fitness Sports Park is a sports park licensed by the INWA (International Nordic Walking Association) and the GNFA (German Nordic Fitness Association), which is distinguished by its particularly beautiful location. The licensed Nordic Fitness Sports ParkTM in Goeppingen´s Oberholz and Spitalwald forests offers everything a Nordic walking enthusiast could desire. Interesting and varied routes, special Nordic walking signage, and comprehensive on-site support from officially and professionally trained trainers.

 

The park offers a selection of particularly scenic tours—from the easy “blue route” (GEK circuit 1) for warming up to the challenging “black route” (GEK circuit 3).

At the starting point of the tours, the Wald-Sport-Pfad car park on Hohenstaufenstraße, you will find an overview board with detailed information about the route and elevation profiles. Along the way, directional signs with distance information show you the way. Exercise signs along the route provide an effective strengthening, stretching, and flexibility program. Have fun, get in shape, and maybe lose a few pounds.

The park is equipped with special signage designed to enable tourists unfamiliar with the area to find their way around the routes without any problems. The signs have a uniform design, with the individual sports and running routes distinguished by different colored arrowheads and logos.
