Description

The Neuer Teich Recreational Area in the southwest of Lübz is a paradise for nature lovers. It is located on a moraine, a relic from the last Ice Age, when Lübz was once covered with snow and ice. A nature discovery trail leads through an impressive landscape - including the Wolfschlucht, a witness to the strong erosive power of the water from the Kohlegraben, which has made its way through the moraine. A must for those interested in geology. At the southwestern end, a viewing platform invites you to observe the surroundings and the idyllic nature.
