The Miele Museum, located at the corporate headquarters of the domestic appliance manufacturer Miele in Gütersloh, documents the company's technical and entrepreneurial development across 750 m².
The presentation combines archival documents on the company's history with about 200 objects from the company's production. Displayed appliances include washing machines, milk centrifuges, vacuum cleaners and dishwashers. The collection is complemented by transport-related items such as handcarts, bicycles, mopeds and motorcycles.
Particularly highlighted in the exhibition is the automobile Miele K 3; it is the only surviving example and thus a central testimony to the company's production.
