The Hohenstaufen imperial palace in Bad Wimpfen is one of the best preserved north of the Alps. The former palace chapel of the Palatinate complex had direct access to the palace.
Today it houses the church history museum with an important collection of Wimpfen's church history.
Special highlights of the collections from the church treasures are above all the death table of the Dominican monastery, valuable chalices, textiles, books and documents as well as an impressive series of epitaphs from the Protestant town church.
