Description

With two locations - Spendhaus and Wandel-Hallen - and a total exhibition space of approximately 2,000 m², this museum is one of the largest municipal venues for modern and contemporary art in the southwest of Germany. The Art Museum Reutlingen | Spendhaus is renowned for its collections and exhibitions focusing on "Woodcuts in the 20th and 21st Century." In the spacious, formerly industrially used building of the Art Museum Reutlingen | Galerie, artworks that are especially designed for this striking architecture are showcased regularly. On approximately 1,000 m², the Art Museum Reutlingen | konkret presents high-calibre and thematic exhibitions of artworks from an exquisite collection of concrete art.
