Sharpen your senses, step by step - Leisure and Slow Travel at BarfussPark Dornstetten

Going barefoot over stick and stone is the mantra at BarfussPark in Dornstetten-Hallwangen in the Northern Black Forest.
Experience the special tingling sensation from May to October, when you simply take off your shoes and let your soles explore different surfaces and materials.

Innovative play equipment and surfaces ensure lots of fun and sensory experiences. The water play park is the entrance to the park grounds and with the giant stilts, balance feet and an imaginative water play system, it is especially a treat for children. A trampoline, a climbing pyramid, and fountain jumpers invite you to stay.
However, the adventure park for the whole family doesn´t only consist of the play area. Nature and health are combined on the 2.4 kilometers long circular path. In addition to the tried-and-tested base materials such as bark mulch, grass, clay, and various types of stone, there are pools filled with rounded glass shards, marble pebbles, and many other surfaces. The foot reflexology massage subtly stimulates the entire organism and activates the immune system. In the beautiful forest area of the BarfussPark, one can listen to the sounds of the forest and experience nature anew.
The park is completed with a lovely forest barbecue area. However, visitors should bring their own charcoal. A grill with grate, seating accommodations, and a shelter are available.

The park is not suitable for wheelchairs and prams. Dogs are not allowed!
