In the former secondary residence of the bishop of Worms you can experience history and archaeology. The spectacular finds from the Roman fort site and from the later city of LOPODUNUM are a focal point of the exhibition. Other attractions are the ‚Roman Garden‘ and exhibits from the time of the bishop‘s rule. In front of the building there is a copy of the column showing Jupiter fighting with a giant. The original is in the museum, in the former wine cellar of the bishop‘s court.
