Description
In the area of the royal court, which was given to the bishop of Worms in the 10th century, stands the chapel dedicated to St. Sebastian. The Romanesque building belonged to the secondary residence of the bishops of Worms. In the 14th century, the church was extended to include a choir in the Gothic style. Excerpts of wall paintings from different periods have been revealed on the walls of the nave.
