Mönkebude – The Pearl of the Szczecin Lagoon
The small fishing village of Mönkebude lies nestled idyllically on the Szczecin Lagoon. Its thatched-roof houses lend the village a romantic, almost fairytale-like atmosphere. Surrounded by water, forest, and heathland, Mönkebude is a place where time seems to slow down.
