[15] Galgenberg
Description
The Galgenberg above Neuhausen is a small plateau with a pond and beautiful pine trees. There is ample open space between the trees, and intriguing ground formations hint at a turbulent history as a former border area. According to the Neuhausen local chronicle, the last death sentence was carried out there in 1793 on a woman who had poisoned her husband.
