Station: [13] New Station

Peter says: “But Jesus, we’ve been fishing all night. Do you get it? And now we’re sitting here, frustrated, over our nets. Cleaning them. And we’ve been doing this the whole time you were giving your sermon. Yeah, that long. Have you ever cleaned nets? I figured as much. And now you’re sending us out into the middle of the lake again. Can’t you think of anything more stupid? Look at the basket. There isn’t a single fish in it. All night long, do you understand—not a single fish! But all right, Andrew, Jesus said we should go out again. So: we’re heading out. We’re heading out, and Peter shouts: “Come! Help! Look at this—such a swarm of fish. Fish, fish, fish! James, John, come quickly, quickly. With nets, yes!” And the boats were nearly sinking. Then Peter throws himself down before Jesus: “Wake up!” I’m not worthy of you; I’m not a good person.” But Jesus replies, “From now on, you will buy the enslaved and lead them to freedom.”
