On a hill in the south-east of Mickhausen lies the Herrgottsruh Chapel, built in 1685. After the founding of the Förderverein Herrgottsruhkapelle Mickhausen e.V., the Swabian gem underwent a general renovation from 2011 to 2013 and now presents itself as a magnificent gem.The newly renovated chapel is not only in demand for church services, May devotions and pilgrimages, but also the destination of many day-trippers, cyclists and hikers throughout the year.
