Station: [6] Jasper

At the beginning of our tour, you saw a red jasper. Compared to that, we now have a green specimen here. The green color is caused by copper oxides.

As we continue, you can look through the opening in the rock on the left. There you can see gemstone miners at work—when they're not taking a break.
