[1] Wilhelm Hauff Museum

Description

The small but charming Hauff Museum displays works by the successful writer Wilhelm Hauff in its exhibition.

In addition to his most popular novel, ‘Der Lichtenstein’, which served as the model for the well-known Lichtenstein Castle, Hauff was primarily famous as a storyteller. During his short life, he wrote well-known fairy tales such as ‘Zwerg Nase’ (Dwarf Nose), ‘Kalif der Storch’ (The Caliph Stork), ‘Der kleine Muck’ (Little Muck) and ‘Das kalte Herz’ (The Cold Heart). Wilhelm Hauff is still considered one of the great figures of German literature today. With its numerous attractions, this small but exquisite museum is well worth a visit for everyone.
