Beschreibung
The redesigned market square is a reflection of history. During the renovation work, archaeological finds were discovered, which an excavation team examined more closely. The result was the foundation walls of the town hall built in 1599. In addition to this Renaissance town hall, the foundation walls of a late medieval predecessor building also came to light. This special historical information was documented for the public in a display panel and the foundation walls of the town hall were marked in the pavement on the market square.
