The 36-metre-high water tower is a perfect symbiosis of old and modern. By incorporating a restaurant and hotel complex, the building, which was erected in 1928, was saved from decay. At that time, this water tower, the well shafts and the waterworks ensured the water supply for the town of Strasburg.
