This house, built in 1713, is the first residential building built outside the city walls. As one of the first houses, the half-timbered structure was uncovered here in 1975. The second restoration took place in 2022-23. For the first time in 1830, an inn with a bakery and beer brewery is mentioned. Since the family bears the house name Weißgerber, it can be assumed that the ancestors practiced the profession of tanner. The bakery and inn were operated until 1905.In 1909 the house was sold to a butcher and now it served as a butcher's shop with an inn for 3 generations.
