The former 8th fiefdom of the Reutlingen hospital and the "entrance" to the 6th courtyard.
The building at Hauptstraße 15 belonged to the Henes family for a long time, but was sold to the municipality by the Henes inheritance community in 1990 and restored from the ground up with the help of the monument authority. For many years, the Sunday meetings of the Hahn community, a pietistic movement, were held in the house. The cowshed and pigsty were in the house until 1937, later a hairdressing salon was built there. The horse stable was located in the room to the right of the front door. As with all Wannweiler farms, the barn was located away from the residential and stable building. The renovated house was moved into at the end of 2003. A physiotherapy and physiotherapy practice was set up on the ground floor, in the former stables and in the hairdressing salon. The flats were brought up to modern standards. In the neighbouring house at Hauptstraße 19, the old Kronenwirtschaft is said to have been located in the 19th century. A detached farmhouse behind it belonged to the 8th Lehenshof, which consisted of two houses and was demolished in the course of the redevelopment of the old barn area. Together with the so-called "Einfahrt", the old Kronenwirtschaft and the "Ochsen", these stately houses, which characterised the village, formed an ensemble.
In 2005, the "Haus in der Dorfmitte" senior citizens´ centre and the assisted living building were built on the site of the barns and the building yard behind them.
