Located at an altitude of 530 meters, the Sohlhöhe (and the upper reservoir of the Langenprozelten pumped storage power plant) is one of the highest elevations in the Spessart. On the dam, visitors are above the treetops and can enjoy a magnificent view over the deep Spessart forests all the way to the Rhön mountains. The easy accessibility makes it a perfect destination for outings and hikes.
