Description

The half-timbered house dates back to the 14th century. It once served as a "Bandhaus" (cooperage) – wooden barrels were produced here. Barrels were used for a long time as containers for various goods, including glass vessels produced in the Spessart region.
Today, the tourist information office is located there. Additionally, the building provides access to the Old Town parking garage.
