Beschreibung

The old district court was the highest court in the former district of Gardelegen. This was the workplace of Ludolf Parisius (1827-1900). He wrote the book "Bilder aus der Altmark" (Pictures from the Altmark), which was published in 1883 and is still one of the most important works about our region.
