Description

The Old Parish House from the 17th century was the birthplace of Ludolf Parisius (1827-1900), whose heart belonged to his homeland of Altmark. He composed the cultural history "Pictures from the Altmark," which remains a standard work of regional literature, and a collection of Altmark folk songs.
